 Kween
A native of Abia State, Nigeria, Kween grew up in Ogun State, and speaks English, Yoruba and Ibo fluently. Her upbringing is reflected in her music, which she performs in all the major Nigerian languages.
Kween started singing in a church choir in Abeokuta, at the age of ten, and has since then performed in numerous clubs, concerts and special occasions all over Nigeria, especially in Abuja. Her promotional single, peace has enjoying massive airplay on major radio stations in Nigeria.
She enjoys modeling, and interior decoration, and recently appeared in the widely read Nigerian photo magazine, Ovation. (Sept 2000) | |
