Dj: Chucho

Name: Bruno Ivo Marques Airosa

Born in Ingombota/ Luanda –Angola on April, 1981.

Bruno Ivo as he is treated by those who know him, and those who know  him since his childhood call him Chucho, as it is natural within Angolans, he very early started to like music.

At the ends of the years 90s, he went to Europe (Lisbon/ Portugal) Where with his cousins Angelino Santos (Gely & Bruno Divaldo (Zé Butăo), started playing at friend and family’s parties.

Some time ago, he went to Holland where he started playing at several Angolan culture events organized by Ngola Yetu invited by Walter Sousa, he also partook at cape verdians, Latins events, etc.

He started after a certain time collaborating at “Rádio Angola” Rotterdam (Rádio Kahombo), invited by Dj Castro and then started collaborating as a Dj at Radio “Voz de Cabo-Verde” invited by Caly in the same city, Rotterdam.

Since them, he started to make a living as a professional Dj, being more invited to other corners of Europe and to several cities in Holland, working with Hochi Fu, Nilton Silva, Walter Sousa (Vavá), Dj Castro, Dj Emilio, Dj Alé, Dj Mauricio (his fellow), Dj Nos Manera (Nery) and to Salsa Club (La Luna) that with all of those mentioned above, together organized cultural events.

Known as Chucho, his closer friends now call him Chucho DKNY for he’s very fond of DKNY brand luering, and then he got aware of a Dj.

Named Chucho, so to make the difference he is now treated DJ Chuchodkny.

After a very long time in Europe Chuchodkny came back to Luanda/Angola, where he started collaborating at “Radio Escola 88.5 FM” as a sound operator, then started to make sound effects, realization, technical Assistance and how a presenter of two programs (farra na Rádio and Power 88.5) in the same radio station where he took up an improvement Dj´s curse and at this present time taking up the professional journalism curse.

And how Dj Chuchodkny, after a very long journey and trajectory is preparing an Album entitled Tutti Music.

Tutti Music, because it’s going to be a disc with different styles with several participations of new artists of own market field, a way of developing and giving opportunity to the artists and some others that have already in the market their discographic works, names like: keima Roupa, Supremos, Raiva, Reptile, Verbo, Grupo Desejo from Brazil, Alessandra Jandira, Chave-inglesa, Baby Max, Os Kracks, Caló Pascoal, Lil Kiss, Pirackinideo, Boy Dc, Tuneza teatro,Master Shaly, Erick Shine, Ângela, Wonderful One Klee (Melodie), etc.
